The 2.92 mm Flange Female connector is used on the RFin of D2030 (27-30GHz downconverter), so users need to use only 2.92mm Flange Male connector as the mating part to the D2030's RFin port. 

Here is one example of that cable: HLL150-29P-29P-24 from Hasco components.

For D2030, other ports (such as IF out,10MHz in and out) are using SMA connectors.
